The Challenges I Faced (and Solved!)

#1: No Historical Data

🔹 The client had never run Google Ads before, so I had zero past performance insights to work with.

Solution: I quickly built an audience from scratch, tested different targeting options, and optimized ads in real time to get fast results.

#2: High Competition in Local Searches

🔹 Competing with big-name pet grooming services in LA was tough. Their competitors had strong online presence and loyal customers.

Solution:

Solution:

✔ Used animated banners for better engagement.

#4: Tracking Issues & Poor Attribution

🔹 The client had no proper conversion tracking set up, making it hard to measure ad performance accurately.

Solution:
✔ I implemented Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tracking to ensure every lead, call, and sale was properly tracked.
✔ Set up call tracking to measure how many phone inquiries came from ads.

Solution:
✔ Restructured product feed to highlight best-selling items.
✔ Used price-competitive bidding to compete with larger stores.
